RCMS Principal's Message

On behalf of the teachers and staff, welcome to Reed-Custer Middle School. Please know that it is our privilege to have the opportunity to work with your child each and every day. Our building theme for the 2023-24 school year at RCMS is "Striving For Excellence." In short, we are committed to improving, to growing, and to striving to do our very best each and every day.

Our mission at RCMS is to empower all students to find lasting individual success. In meeting that goal, we will ensure a strong curriculum, provide excellent instruction, and advance our co-curricular programs. Further, we will provide intentional support for each student to reach their maximum potential in all areas of individual growth, maintain consistent expectations, and recognize all school community members who display consistent excellence.

We are here to help our students grow and experience success.  If, at any time, you become concerned with your child's progress, we ask that you communicate directly with your child's teachers.
