Scholastic Bowl

Reed-Custer Middle School Scholastic Bowl Sponsor: 

The RCMS Scholastic Bowl team organizes in December. Students in 6th through 8th grade will receive an invitation to join the team based on the recommendations of their teachers, and the team is filled on a first come, first served basis until we reach 15 team members. The team hosts other school districts and also travels to other districts for Jeopardy-like matches following the IESA rules. Wrestling and Volleyball conflict with the Scholastic Bowl season, so students in those sporting events will not be able to compete, but all other school activities are eligible. The season runs January through May.
